Account Verification

How do I verify my account?

You can verify your account by first making a deposit. You will also need to provide a clear color photo of one of the following valid identification documents:

  • A valid passport, or
  • A valid national ID card.

The document must show:

  • A clear photograph of you
  • Your full name
  • Your date and place of birth
  • The document's expiration date
  • The country that issued the document

For card deposits: We may also ask you to provide a copy of your card statement to verify your credit or debit card.

Important: Please make sure all documents you provide are clear, in color, and easy to read.

Why can't I verify my account before making a deposit?

Account verification typically occurs after your initial deposit because the required process depends on the payment method you use. It is not possible to complete this step beforehand for this reason.

While verification may be pending, you can often withdraw funds back to your original payment method. Please be aware that withdrawal limits might apply in these situations.

If my account cannot be verified after a deposit is made, will my funds be returned?

In the event that an account cannot be successfully verified for any reason, any deposited funds will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to applicable laws and internal compliance requirements. Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. The use of third-party wallets, cards, or payment accounts is strictly prohibited.

Where a deposit is made using a third-party payment method, a refund may not be possible. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to require additional verification, documentation, or other remedial actions before determining the appropriate resolution.
